Nice (coral) beach right outside the hotel. At the road there's a bus stop to travel quickly to Nago or Naha.

The hotel is RIGHT on the beach! All rooms face the ocean so you always get a beautiful view. The new annex part of the hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. The room is very comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. All the staff were very nice and professional. There is a Family Mart attached at the ground floor and is very convenient to have. It's not as big as standalone locations but still nice to have and good selection. The included breakfast in the attached restaurant is decent, but not sure if they offer lunch and dinner. There is also a small coin laundry room that is convenient if you need to do wash. Parking is free.

Location and room afforded excellent view of the ocean, both at morning an sunset. Sea front proximity to a blue coral sea at breakfast is especially refreshing, complementing selection of food. Despite the location, the attached convenience store provided many amenities at all hours, especially decent food common in Japanese convenience store.

The hotel is relatively new so room was clean and the beach view is wonderful. Breakfast was very satisfactory in terms of variety and food was tasty.

Lovely room, view, and breakfast + dining room. Very chill atmosphere, right on the beach, walking distance to some attractions (underwater observation tower and glass-bottom boats) as well as some water sports available at the hotel (tubing, water-ski, etc). FamilyMart in the lobby which was incredibly convenient - especially considering Koki is pretty far away from any larger town. Our favourite restaurant was definitely Colombin, which was just across the street. Big flatscreen TV had Netflix, prime video, YouTube :)

Location is perfect, right on the beach with great views. During our 7 day stay in December beach was empty despite good weather. Small store adjacent to hotel for necessities. 15 min by car to Nago. There were many nice food options around and in hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well designed. Welcoming staff. Asian style breakfast with some western options (pancakes, yoghurt, jam, bread). We enjoyed hotel and rooms and have no mayor complain but just one note for full disclosure: the bathroom fan is working on 24h (else there is a soft high pitch noise). It did not bother us but could be disturbing to more sensitive people.

There's a marine club right downstairs, and we could rent the gears we need for snorkeling, SUP, etc. There r a couple of restaurants nearby, and the best ones r popular that it's best to make reservations in advance. There's a convenient store downstairs, and most of the necessities are available. The bathroom and toilet are separated. Netflix is available. Could see the stars (if the sky is clear) from the balcony.

Great value for money. You have the views to the sea which is amazing, and the hotel is just at the beach and right in the middle of the island. Room is old but nice and comfortable, and very clean. I think it's a great place to stay, specially if you have a car and want to explore the island. You can also find some nice restaurants near by and some diving centers as well. But even better place if you want to just lay down at the beach, as the beach is great and very long, there is a Family Mart, and some places to do water sports or rent a beach bed.

Great view of the see from balcony, nice beach just behind the hotel, probably one of the best in the area. For that reason I feel like it was good value for money, as nearby hotels were much more expensive and were not by the beach. Breakfast was quite good.

After more than 100+ hotel stays in Japan - this was one of my best experiences ever. Situated just at the beach, it was like being on a ship without any risk of seasickness, with a beautiful view from the terrace, the room and the breakfast restaurant. Great breakfast buffet. The check-in at an early arrival was much appreciated.
